About Jon
After growing up in a small town in the state of Illinois, U.S.A. where he encountered a relationship with God at a very young age Jon spent the early years of his adult life preaching and teaching the Gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ around the world while training groups of young people to serve in World Missions.
From 1994 through 2008 Jon served in Youth With a Mission in Salem, Oregon, USA where he became the DTS Director and eventually Director of Schools.
In 2010 he founded Worldwide Awakening Ministries for the purpose of “Inspiring, Discipling, and Mobilizing the next generation of Christian leaders to fall in love with God and then to find and fulfill their roles in Worldwide Christian Awakening.”
He teaches in schools, ministries, and churches around the world, both in person and by video conferencing.
Jon’s ministry has taken him to 17+ nations around the world.
He currently lives in Northern Illinois, USA with his wife Julianna.
